Hi j-at-tmc,
Kindly answer the questions below:
a. What is the current firmware version of the XS728T and M5300-28G?
b. Does the LAG status says "Up" on all of the LAGs you have configured?
c. Does servers 1 and 2 gets a valid IP Address from the firewall? If yes, try to ping the IP address of the firewall and check if can get replies.
d. Have you tried rebooting the switches then check if you will be able to get internet connection?
It appears that you have already contacted NETGEAR Support and opened a case regarding your concern. If ever you have been given troubleshooting steps by the support expert, kindly follow them. Also, you may post here on what has been done so far on your case and the current status of it.
