Disableing RSTP on specific ports GS308T
Hi I have a situation where I need to disable RSTP on 2 ports on my GS308T switch, as these ports directly connect to devices which do not support RSTP, unfortunately I cannot seem to find a way to modify the RSTP settings on the port level?
does anyone know a way to do this?

Only see this mentioned for full managed switches:
I don't see this model being included.
Might check the user manual to see if there is any user configurations for RSTP for this model switch.
Hi it does have RSTP configuration options but it sems l;ike the RSTP is global, while some of the other Spanning Tree protocols also have port specific options??

You can disable Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP) on a port level for the Netgear GS108T. Here are the steps to do so:
1. Log in to the switch’s web interface.
2. Navigate to Switching > STP > CST Port Configuration.
3. Select the port you want to configure.
4. Change the STP status to “Disable”.
5. Apply the changes.Have a lovely day,
