Engage Onboarding Issue
We have 15 M4250 switches running our AV network. Recently, we realized two of those switches were assigned the same IP. Because of this, only one of the devices was showing on the Engage Dashboard. We did a hard reset on one of the switches (the one that was showing) so that we could assign it a new IP. Now the one switch that I reset will not show in Engage. I went through the Main UI to assign it a new IP address and when entering that IP into "Add Device" on Engage, I'm met with the message that the "device is already onboarded". How can I clear it from onboarding so I can set it up as a new device? Or at the very least, get it to show in Engage?

UPDATE:
I've run through the factory reset instructions multiple times and can get the device to fully reset. I've changed the name, the static IP...everything, but I am still receiving the message that it is already onboarded. HELP!
PS StephenB : I tried emailing that address and received a message that it was not valid.
