Basically, the default password is password. If it is not working, please try to download the latest version of the Prosafe utility.

i reboot a lot of times but don't work
Try pressing and holding the reset button for about 10-15 seconds, then reboot. I believe this is a brand new unit, you may also open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of your switch.

Try to access the switch via web browser and see if that will change the result.
