Hi Granten,
You mentioned from your initial post that you have already factory reset the GS724Tv2. It could be that you have press the reset button instead of the factory defaults button. Kindly try to perform a factory reset again on the GS724Tv2 by pressing the factory defaults button.
It is because if the GS724Tv2 has been factory reset properly, its IP address should go back to the default IP address which is 192.168.0.239.

Hi Granten,
Welcome to the community! :)
Try these steps below:
1. Disconnect your GS724Tv2 from your existing network.
2. Connect a PC to a working LAN port on your GS724Tv2.
3. Set a static IP address of 192.168.0.210 to your PC.
4. I recommend you to open Google Chrome then at the address bar of it, type 192.168.0.239 then press Enter. Login to the user interface of switch. Enter "admin" as the username and "password" as the password.
Note: The default IP address of GS724Tv2 is 192.168.0.239.
Kindly answer these questions:
a. Were you able to login to the web-GUI of the GS724Tv2 after doing the steps above?
b. Have you encountered any error message/s? If yes, kindly post a screenshot of the error message.
I look forward to your response.
