Could you please check whether install WinPcap at the same time? As WinPcap will help software to find network adapter.

If not, please install this software and try again.

Wincap was installed on the server. It still does not find the adapter.
Should I uninstall Wincap and SCC and try it again?

  You can also try to re-install the software and make sure that everything will be installed correctly. You may also try to disable the windows firewall and anti-virus just to avoid any issues.
