GS748Tv5 - Data & VoIP on different VLAN and IP ranges.

I currently have a GS748Tv5 that is connected up to a mixed data / voip LAN (attached below). Some of the data and voip can be seperated easily as they are in the same office but I've also had to set up the some OUI rules to try and direct the voip onto VLAN2 for another office. The issue I'm having is that VLAN1 and VLAN2 seem to obtain IP addresses from Router 2 (10.0.0.0/24) but I'd like VLAN2 to join router 2 ip pool (192.168.1.0/24). Is this possibe with the GS748Tv5 or do I need a true layer 3 switch?

After a bit of trial and error, I found I needed to specify that the VoIP ports needed assigning to VLAN 2 on the "Port PVID Configuration" page. I thought I had done that by adding the ports to the "OUI Port Settings" table but that seems to allow inter-LAN communications.
