GSM7224v1 Can't access console
I purchased my GSM7224 on eBay in July, and have recently recieved my null modem cable to configure it via the CLI. Unfortunately I cannot access the CLI using this method, and both systems I have tr...
I have done all ofthese, at 115200 baud and 9600 baud (as it says on the device).
I don't have another console cable, but as this one is brand new i don't think this is the issue.
I have tried 2 computers on multiple OSes.
I really don't know what to do with this.

Let us try this. Connect the GSM7224v1 switch directly to a LAN port of your router. Then, check the settings on the router if the GSM7224v1 has obtained an IP address. If ever the GSM7224v1 has obtained an IP address from the router, try to access its web-GUI and from there, you could perform a factory reset to have a fresh start in setting up the switch.
