    It seems the flash is corrupted and so it is being returned for a replacement.  No way to fix this otherwise it seems.

Hi DaneA,

 

Thanks, they are both good articles that I hadn't found, but they only apply if the switch can boot to a menu.  Mine is not giving me the menu.  It powers on and gives me a short message (as per my first post) and then stops.  No menu is ever presented.

 

What can I do?
