Whatever device you're using as the default gateway needs to support VLANs, needs to be configured for the VLANs and on the switch port 24 must belong to both VLANs and be set to "tagged"
Having answered the question - if you're setting all the VLAN52 ports to see both VLANs, then all the hosts will be able to see each other - think about it - all the VLAN52 ports can see each other plus the VLAN62, and vice versa
