GSM7228PS Software License Installation
Hello, I am using GSM7228PS & UTM-50 and having problem to activate software license for GSM7228PS.
I tried to activate as instraction said that register product -> enter software license key at Netgear web page -> download to license key file to computer -> HTTP download to GSM7228PS -> restart GSM7228PS. it said scucess to download to swith.
However after restart swith, it said license key is corrupted and inactive in System-License page. I tried to a few times, re-download, power on off etc but same result.
How can I correct activate software license? Due to English is not my native laungage so I prefer email support but can't find email support and I am here.
