GSM7248V2 DHCP Relay

I have a GSM7248V2 switch which is currently doing the DHCP for a number of VLANs. I would like to move the DHCP service to a Windows server. What is the method of doing this? I've looked through the manual but it doesn't give much explanation. There doesn't seem to be much via google either.

I assume it's done via the DHCP Relay section under System > Services but not sure how to set it up without breaking everything.

Any help would be much appreciated. Please let me know if you need further info.
