GSM7328S - enable password
Hi there,
I have a GSM7328S which has been running stock since purchase, I'm trying to set it up and I've been configuring other models without any major issues.
This one does not appear to want to set the enable password, I've tried setting it using ezconfig and setting it when it enable mode. neither appear to make a difference.
I've tried searching for an answer but as of yet no luck, I've upgraded the fw to version 8.0.3.34 but still have the problem.
If anyone can offer any assistance I'd greatly appreciate it. Before I forget I have two of these switches showing the same behaviour.
Thanks,
Paul

You are doing from the browser? Login the switch from web Gui and change what you need - pgtdsAspirantI'm doing it via the serial port and using the CLI commands.
- jmizoguchiVirtuosomay suggest to do from other method like GU instead. Not that CLI shouldn't work .. :)

I've had a look at the manual you have linked and I cannot find any reference to the enable password, are you able to point me in the right direction? - jmizoguchiVirtuosoSorry, I didn't read entire manual so maybe CLI is the only way.
I don't use this model so not clear on command needs - jmizoguchiVirtuosohttp://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/73xxS_managedswitch_UserManual_7_3.pdf
You have to reference to this CLI command manual. if the unit still has an issues, I would contact support at my.netgear.com
