GSM7352s V2H1 Firmware Update
Hello, I am having problems after I updated the firmware on my GSM7352S V2H1 Switch. I used the web gui to update but now it is giving me an error. when I use the console it says "Wrong Image Format...

Thanks for responding. I was trying to update the firmware to the newest 10.0.0.53 using the web GUI. I had a Ethernet cable plugged in to port 1 of the switch to the back of my computer. At the same time I also had a serial cable hooked to it as well. The firmware that it had on the switch was 8.0.3.11 I think. I do not remember what it had on it before. As of right now the fan light is green and the power light is orange. The web GUI said that the firmware update went fine then when it rebooted it did not work. I really do not know enough about Linux to do anything in uboot. If there is anything you could do for me would be very much appreciated.
Jumping from the initial firmware v8.0.3.11 to the latest v10.0.0.53 is not advisable. The firmware upgrade procedure in your case should be done in a ladderized manner. It should be this way: update the firmware from v8.0.3.11 to v8.0.3.15 then from v8.0.3.15 to v8.0.3.25 and so on until you reach the latest v10.0.0.53. Then, perform a factory reset after upgrading the firmware to the latest version then reconfigure the settings from scratch in order to start clean using the latest firmware version.
