How to backup and restore configuration for 4 switches (stacked)

Question

Dear All,&nbsp;I would like to figure out how to fullly backup configuration from 4 switches that they have formed stack currently ( 1 GUI manage 4 switches)&nbsp;Does there any procedure i can follow ?&nbsp;I am afraid that if i just backup the running config by "Show run", once i made a mistake in the configuration, i don't know how to restore the configuration.&nbsp;Do i need to re-form the stack before restore the configuration ? or the backuped configuration has included the stack config ? if so, which switch i should choose to restore the config ?&nbsp;Thank You

You will have to issue a save config command to save the configuration settings of the stack. Please click here&nbsp;to learn more regarding switch stack configuration files.&nbsp;

Yes, you will have to re-form the stack. Please also take note that the configuration file can only be downloaded to the Master Stacking Unit.&nbsp;
