How to enable Gigabit Optic Ports on M4100-12GF
I am new to optic fibers. We have a feed by fiber cables, and connected it to M4100-12GF. However, it showed no light.
Isn't it auto detected? Do I need to enable or configure the ports for optic fibers manually? If so, where should I navigate in the admin web console?
I am replacing it with Cisco 3560G. That one does not need any configuration.

- NhellieVirtuosoThis should be auto-detect. What kind of modules are you using?
check the datasheet. It appears that the modules compatible are only from netgear.

Have tried to doing a factory reset on it? - cshorthillNoviceDid you have any luck with this ? I am having a similar issue in the logs it says "<14> Jan 1 00:09:58 169.254.100.100-1 DRIVER[47061132]: hpcsfp.c(1161) 148 %% Invalid Transceiver present in the 0/11 (slot/port)"
the transceiver is a AFM735 compatible one that should work according to the vendor. - NhellieVirtuoso

The modules are supposedly plug-and-play, what FW version are you running?
