Issue with Ports 41 through 48
We have an odd issue in that everythign works fine but if we plug something into port 41-48 that isn't a PC we get no traffic.
For example our network tester got nothing and our access control systems wasnt recognised - no traffic, no lights. PC - fine!
Are these ports locked in anyway or configured differently to the other ports?
We have a very basic setup - no VLANs etc just a flat 3 switch unit.
We have M4300-52G-PoE+ which I cant see int he drop downlist of model numbers

Welcome to our community!
I suggest you to reset the switch to factory default just to check if the ports are still working properly. If the ports is still not working, please open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of your switch. Also be ready with a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Invoice of the device for warranty verification. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.
