JGS516PE: How to assign VLAN to LAG?
How can I set a VLAN ID for the LAG on the JGS516PE? I don't find such a configuration screen. See my configuration so far.

Nothing you can do, answered here before (and several times befor in depth).
Not every switch with Web UI and some VLAN config controls is a manged switch. Thus, I'll request a moderator to move your thread to the forum section appropriate Plus and Smart Switches Forum to discuss Smart Switches (T) and Plus Switches (E), including Local and Remote Management models.

I can see the link you posted relates to using a management VLAN. Does this mean it applies to LAGs as well?

For the management VLAN, LAG or single link doesn't make a difference.
For other ports (links), you can of course operate (one) untagged network, or as many tagged VLANs as you want to deploy.
