M4100-50G V2H2 fails to boot

I have had this M4100 for a few months.  Yesterday, there was a power outage, upon restart, the swith failed to boot, and the power LED was flashing amber.  I powercycled a few times with the same result.  I consoled into the unit, below is what I captured.  Is this a brick, or is there a way to bring it back from the dead?

After this, nothing happens and the power LED starts to blink.

    Hi TheCoppa,

    Welcome to the community! :)

Since the power LED is flashing amber, this could mean that the power module has failed.  With regard to this, I recommend you to open a chat / online case with NETGEAR Support and let them know the status of the M4100-50G switch.  Attach a .doc or .pdf copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the M4100-50G switch on the chat / online case for warranty verification.  If ever the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will follow.

    Regards,

      TheCoppa,

I just want to follow-up on this.  Were you able to open a chat / online case with NETGEAR Support and let them know the status of the M4100-50G switch?  If yes, keep us posted.

      Regards,
