M4100: Can't access web interface since upgrading firmware

Hi all,

after upgrading firmware to 10.0.2.26 I can't access the web interface for configuring the switch.

console access works well. I ran the ezconfig to set up basic network stuff (including the device's IP) but no success.

Please, advice

    Hi dvz,

    Welcome to the community!

For M4100 switch, we used Management VLAN instead of Network. By default, the VLAN 1 is Management VLAN.

So I suggest you set Management VLAN IP and default-gateway via Console port.

    The cli command as below:

    configure

    ip default-gateway 192.168.1.1

    interface vlan 1
    routing
    ip address 192.168.1.2 255.255.255.0
    exit

Then after configure success, you can show config to check if it is success:

    show ip interface brief

    show network

    Hope it helps!
