M4100-D12G-POE+ managment IP config not working
So we are trying to impliment this switch and went through the CLI ezconfig, and through the web interface with factory reset in between each since neither worked. The IP that I entered shows up as the managment IP and correct VLAN but I cannot connect to it through that IP address. I read the manual and have tried it each of the ways that it describes but still cannot get it to respond to the inputed IP address. Any pointers or help is much appreciated! Thank you.

Hi,
Is your PC in the same subnet as the IP you give the switch?
What IP did you give the switch? What IP is on your PC?
From the CLI, forget ezconfig :) Just do:
enable (to enable the switch)
configure (to get into configure mode)
interface vlan 1 (to get into sub interface mode)
ip address 192.168.1.254 255.255.255.0 (or whatever IP+mask you want)
Then access the switch GUI on that IP.

My IP info is 192.168.10.100 255.255.255.0
I just ran the commands you sent in the CLI and I still cannot connect.

I can't see the picture/screenshot yet. I assume Netgear must validate it first.
Your pc had IP: 192.168.10.100?
What IP did you give the switch exactly?
