Could you please provide detailed info as below:
1. Please check if enable L2 Loop Protection on Switch?
2. Please check if enable STP on Switch?
3. Please provide your topology, we want to check if there is loop.

Hi Eric,
1. L2 Loop protection is enabled
2. STP is enabled
3. we have 4 core switches in stack
on this stack we connect edge switches with lags. some of this switches are standalone other are in stack. the standalone switches are connected with 2 ports in a lag. the switches in stack are connected with 1 port on each switch in a lag configuration.
