M4300 factory reset not working

Hi, i have a problem with my M4300-8X8F (XSM4316S). I can't remember any login user data so i tried to start to reset password for admin user. I used this how-to: https://kb.netgear.com/30326/M4300-...

Hey everybody,

today i was able to reset the switch and change the password. While i took some screenshots it worked during my third try. Don't know why or why not in all the other attempts.

Thanks for your support, i'm now loged in and can configure the switch again.

May you be able to provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on your CLI? So that we may know if you are able to go to the boot menu and see the error message.

  thanks for your reply. That's right, the attached image is while trying to reset to factory defaults. Getting into boot menu isn't a problem, just all the described command are not working.
  On monday i can post more pictures when i'm in front of the device.
