Let's isolate the problem. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. Is the PoE function of the GS110TP working before?
b. On the web-GUI of the GS110TP, go to System > PoE > Advanced > PoE Port Configuration. Does it show "Enable" on the Admin Mode?
c. From question b, what is the Status of each port when a powered device(s) are connected?
d. Have you tried to reboot the GS110TP?
e. Did you try to perform a factory reset on the GS110TP then reconfigure it from scratch and check if same problem will occur?
