In these models, mass be corrupted by power PoE via Ethernet ports.
NetGear knows the problem and therefore avoids repairs and looking for reasons not to repair or replace the equipment.

I just want to follow-up about your concern.
I believe that if ever all of the troubleshooting steps has been exhausted and the NETGEAR device has been proven that its faulty and as long as it is within the hardware warranty, an online replacement will be granted to the owner of the NETGEAR device.

Currently, the case for support has been abandoned. But I did not give up the case, because the support Netgear is only theoretical.
If so, forward the case, the units of the European Commission.
They will look at the practices used by Netgear.
