NMS300 and interface index
I have an alarm detail in NMS300 about Packet Loss for RX is over 5%, the Alarm Source is Interface Index: 498
This alarm is about a port on one of the six M4300 switches in a stack.

I have found the solution!
Download the Tech support file from the stack and open it with Notepad ++
In this file I found 'Interface Index:498' and to which 'Interface' ( Switch ID and Port Number) it belongs in the stack

Kindly post a screenshot of your concern with regard to what you observe via NMS300. I will need to inquire your concern to the higher tier of NETGEAR Support and a screenshot will help.
