NMS300 1.5.0.19 does not display complete Interface List for GS716Tv2
I just installed NMS300 1.5.0.19 to monitor and manage my home network which includes GS108Tv2 (3), GS716Tv2 (1), XS708T (1), WN203 (3) and RN626X. NMS300 discovered all of the switches but LAGS l2 through l8 are missing from the Interface List for the GS716Tv2. I can't see anything wrong the configuration of the switch or the software. The switch is running firmware version 5.4.2.27.
I apologize for this is the only time I got back on this thread.
Here is my suggestion: kindly backup the current configuration of the GS716Tv2. Then, perform a factory reset on the GS716Tv2 and check if the NMS300 can detect all ports on it while its on default configuration. If ever it works while the GS716Tv2 is on default configuration, kindly reconfigure everything from scratch and observe if same problem occurs.
Let us know the results.

I added all the MIBs to a new MIB group named GS716Tv2, but nothing has changed. Do I need to add the MIBs to one of the existing MIB groups? Do I need to restart NMS? Do I need to delete and rediscover the device?
I'm using this path to display the interface list
Click Resources
Click the Device Name in Devices tab under Resources
Click Interface List
I don't think MIBs are the answer to this problem. Interface information is pulled from the RFC standard MIBs, internet.mgmt.mib-2.interfaces. When I browse the MIB I can clearly see all 25 interfaces in the ifTable. However, Interface List is only showing the first 17 (I have Rows per page set to 50). This is the only 16 port device that I have. All of my other devices have 8 ports. A second device would allow me to determine if this is device specific or not. I plan to add a 24 port switch soon, but I would like to understand and correct this problem before that happens.
Not sure if it is related but the MTU for the first missing lag in the interface list is 9198

Thanks for the suggestion. As I mentioned previously I plan to replace this switch with a 24 port switch. I ordered the switch today. After I swap the switches I will factory reset the GS716Tv2 to see if that corrects the problem.
