NMS300 Your operation is failed!
Hello there ; I installed the nms300 program on 2 different devices, but when I clicked on the devices and discovery tab, "Your operation is failed! I am getting the error "
What version of the NMS300 did you install?
On what Operating System/s did you install the NMS300?
On the computer/s where you have installed the NMS300, is there a software firewall/anti-virus software also installed in it? If yes, kindly try to disable or uninstall it then check if the same problem will occur.
What NETGEAR devices do you have that you want to manage using the NMS300?

My question was what are the NETGEAR device/s do you have that you want to manage using the NMS300?
Is the computer/s (where the NMS300 is installed) belong to the network or is it directly connected to a device that you want to manage using the NMS300?
How is everything connected? It would be best if you post a detailed diagram of your current network setup.
