Open managment website GS108T

Hi,

I have 2 GS108T managed switches. Because i lost the password i found a Kb to set the switch to factory default.

After the reset i can set a new password with the discovery tool but i cannot open the website.

The IP adres is correct and the switch is responding to ping.

 

What can i do?

    I did a second factory reset of both switches.

    They are both working fine now.

     

    Can't explain why but i'm happy with the result.

    What is the error message you are getting? Are opening the web-ui using the utility or manually typing the address on a browser?
