Port 9 and 10 disable on GS110TP (firmware version 5.4.2.19)
Dear Netgear staff, I have noticed that when I disable port 9 on my switch GS110TP then the port 10 comes down. However, when I disable port10 then the port9 remains UP which should be the normal...

Sorry to hear about this issue. I have looked at our list of reported bugs but did not see anything related to the one you are having. Also, I have checked the release notes for each firmware mentioned and I found nothing regarding this. I suggest opening a Support Ticket for this issue to be filed. For the meantime, I'll try to get the attention of the engineers and see if they have seen the issue.
