Problem with S3300 backup using NMS300

Hi, as in subject. After discovering switches, I have a problem with making backups of S3300 switches, it gives "File transfer error" prompt every time I try to make backup of these.
With M4300 everything works fine.

    Have you tried to recreate the backup profile or backup job? Have you setup an external file server?

      Hi, yes I have external file server set up, also I recreated the task for S3300 switches and still getting the same result - "File transfer failed"

        Did you turn off the Remote management port? Have you tried contacting support?
