Problem with Web Management using Windows Browser
Seems there is a problem even using Windows and Firefox. I think the issue is with javascript but it means I cannot use the switch properly. Could somebody in Netgear update the firmware to work with java 1.7 as the device still expects version 1.6 as far as I can tell.
Please could somebody help me here.

- What is the model of the switch you are referring to?
What is the current firmware version on the switch that you have?
What versions of IE and Firefox have you tried so far? Have you tried the latest up-to-date versions of both browsers?
Did you try Google Chrome or Safari?
Did you try install the latest up-to-date version of Java?
Have you tried using other PC/laptop to access the web-GUI of your switch?
