I'm just said we produced 12.0.2.10 new version of M4300 software solving this issue with Intel fiber modules above.
It will take a week before it is posted on our webiste as new firmware, so please contact Technical Support asking for 12.0.2.10 eroom and mentioning this post if you need it earlier.
