Switch keeps dropping config

I don't mind to send it, but I am curious: Are you saying there's a non-hardware situation in which this model switch repeatedly drops it's config?

That is why we do need the tech support file in order for us to check what seems to be going on with the switch and identify which causes the problem.

Sent two logs, I was going to send another log but it's down for more than 10 minutes, I'll need to power cycle it to get it to do anything again. Most of the times it freaks out it it comes back by itself.

So it never came back. It's just down. My studio isn't functioning when this switch is down, and I can't seem to get anywhere with support. This is terrible.
