Unable To Load Firmware On GSM7328Sv2

I was recently gifted a GSM7328Sv2 that was not factory reset before being given to me. I did not have the credentials for the switch so I pressed the factory reset button, but now there is no firmware installed.

Before I factory reset the switch, I was able to see link lights on the switch if I plugged my PC into it via ethernet. Now there are no link lights while the switch is on. 

I have attempted to load new operational code using XMODEM and USB, and download a file through XMODEM but it ends up freezing after a certain point. This behavior happens in both ExtraPutty and Tera Term. I have also attempted the 30-30-30 reset but the issue persists.
