Hi leedenaro

One of the reasons why the auto-negotitaion could take longer than expected is that you have some security mechanisms like STP or Port Authentication enabled in the swtich , so when you plug the cameras the switch also verify that the device will not introduce potential issues into your network.

Could you check that you don't have the SPT (Switching-SPT) enabled or any Port Security?

OK ill take a look, where exactly would that be in the browser control window? the table with all the other port information/configuration?
