GS105Ev2 Ports with PC deactivate or activate (remote access)

Hallo

with the  Webinterface it is possible in "Port Status" each port to disable or enable. 

It is possible to use this function with an external PC?

Example :

The PC is connected to port 5, a own App should be able to control the ports 1-4. The App should be able to disable and enable each port when it is needed.

Is this with GS105Ev2 (FW V1.6.0.6/ Bootloader-Version: V1.6.0.2-VB) possible?

If yes, can you give me an programing example, or programing manual?

If not, which product is the right one?
