GS728TP VLAN Routing What I am Missing
Hi,
I've got a couple of VLAN's setup as a test but I am struggling to get routing between them working and I must be missing something simple.
The setup is like this:
The 2 PC's on VLAN 20 can ping each other, they can even ping the interface of VLAN 30 (10.0.30.199) but they can't ping the PC on VLAN 30 (10.0.30.10).
The PC on VLAN 30 can ping the interface of VLAN 20 (10.0.20.199) but it can't ping any of the PC's.
The PC's are all connected on untagged ports assigned to that particular VLAN and the VLAN is assigned through PVID configuration.
Routing mode is enabled.
Firmware is 6.0.1.18
VLAN Routing looks like this:
The routing table looks like this:
Does anybody have any idea what I am missing ?
Boss thinks we just need to go out and buy an actual Layer 3 switch.
Thanks
Joe
It turns out it was the Windows firewall blocking the pings! Doh.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the info but that was the guide I used to do my setup from.
I double checked everything was correct on my Switch but I still couldn't ping a device on the other VLAN.

Kindly try to reboot the GS728TP switch and see if it helps.
