NMS300 1.7.0.1

Hi.

NMS300 1.7.0.1 + 3x GS748Tv5 FW: 6.3.1.36 + GS724Tv4 FW: 6.3.1.36. Backup of SW configuration not working, passwords are correct. I got errors:

    On what Operating System is the NMS300 installed?

     

    Did you just newly update the NMS300 to v1.7.0.1?  If yes, is everything working fine before you did the update?

      NMS 1.6.0.27 same situation. I think the problem is in firmware 6.3.1.36

      On what Operating System is the NMS300 installed?

       

      Let's try this.  Kindly try to uninstall then reinstall the NMS300 in your PC.  Then, check if the same problem will occur.

       

      If ever the same problem occurred, I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime for further investigation.
