ProSAFE 24-Port Gigabit PoE+ Smart Switch with 4 SFP Ports (GS728TPPv2)
i got this for my security cam system and I'm trying to know what port will give it internet so i can set it up it in the link/act mode and can find it on the app or by the ip address. i tried plugging to thought the net gear router and the comcast on and the network switch I'm using now and cant get any connection to just set it up

Have you tried using the discovery tool here:

Any port is workable by default. Keep in mind, it's a switch, not a NAT router - so it must be connected to the LAN on your router (confusing you talk of a Comcast and a Netgear router (probably both router(s))?
