This is what I was wondering as well. As nothing has changed, hardware of software-wise) between it working properly (2 weeks ago) vs now.
That doesn't quite explain the same errors on the same applications/websites though. As those are quite consistent. Whereas other websites have no issue at all. For example, discord keeps working even though it's also live data with no buffer.

Connecting your PC direct to the router LAN port does not show an issue?
Somehow, I suspect your switch requires a replacement.
Suggest heading to https://my.netgear.com) - select switch (assuming it's an almost new switch) and file a hardware exchange request.

Could be. The GS105E doesn't cost much, so a risk-buy is still a reasonable option, even if the switch isn't covered by warranty.
But the issue with port 3 might be the cable, so it would be useful to check that separately.
