You don't need to run a 5th cable. You can provision a new VLAN to run across the existing trunk.
The bigger question has to do with the gateway. Does it support VLANs?

Yes, I'm running the gateway services on a macos high sierra box, or rather below it on darwin - via the command line.

Thank you for your help. Is there a diminishing return on setting up a number of VLANs? Now I'm thinking that in addition to an isolated guest WIFI subnet, I might also put the VOIP phones on their own VLAN, the CCTV on their own VLAN, and the production equipment on their own VLAN.
