Unable to sign into GS308E
I have struggled to find answer how to sign into GS308E. as i think that the switch is faulty. according to my product information the hardware warranty is till 2025. How do i contact Netgear support to discuss it?
My problem is that i can only use it as dumb switch. When i try to reset to factory setting it does not reset .

Really can't login?
More likely the GS308E is configured for DHCP and picks up and IP config from the DHCP server, or does fallback to the default IP subnet and address - or you might have once configured a fixed static IP address earlier.
Start with using the NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool (NSDT) or compare the MAC address (printed on the label) with your router DHCP IP<->MAC table
Tell us more about the IP address discovered.
Do a factory reset of the GS308E in case, and retry.

I've seen issues when using this at home (or work) environments when the default IP address range is 192.168.1.*** or 10.0.0.***. there's ways around that but an easy one for many users is just to change your routers range to the 192.168.0.*** range. Then when the router reboots with the switch connected, you can connect to its default address.
for the fancier methods, schumaku is the expert. Mines is just the cheater/easy trick that I've used before.

What I've done if the routers sub net differs from the default IP on the switch, configure one wired PC or laptop for a static IP of 192.168.0.something. Use same subnet as default switches. No gateway or DNS needed. Don't connect the switch to anything. Then connect the PC to the Switch then you should be able to get to the switches web page using it's default IP address after the factory reset. Should see switches log in page here. If you do, log in and change the switches networking settings to match your main routers subnet networking. Static IP and something addressed outside of the routers default IP address pool range. I have two NG GS108Ts configured this way.
