GSS116E will not boot after upgrade from firmware version 1.0.0.2 to 1.0.0.5.
GSS116E will not boot after firmware upgrade from 1.0.0.2 to 1.0.0.5 after following upgrade instructions in the release notes. Upgrade from 1.0.0.0 to 1.0.0.2 and bootloader 1.0.0.5 was successful. All the LEDs stayed on after loading firmware 1.0.0.5. Reset button and power cycle has no effect. Is there a recovery method? Plus Click Switches (GSS116E)
This is the second unit I upgraded. The first upgrade was successful to 1.6.1.7.

After performing a firmware update of the GSS116E to v1.0.0.5, is the switch still showing up in the ProSAFE Plus Utility tool? Also, are you able to ping its IP address?
If none works, you may request for an RMA (please see KB article here on how to do so).
