JGS516PE led lights no working
hi i got the JGS516PE switch, it is working, internet and POE cameras, but none of the lights are ON
there are no buttons on anywhere of the switch to turn them on, neither the utility, it has the latest firmware
any ideas, i need to see the status lights of the switch.
Must be a well-kept secret ....:
myNetgear -> My Support -> [Contact Support] -> Replace my defective product -> select the switch from the product list -> you will get a contact information -> provide some descriptive text ...

Reads like faultly or breaking hardware. Check warranty status, especially if you are the original buyer of a factory new (non-refurbished) device via my.netgear.com

i did that, here is the funny part, hardware still under warranty, but i dont have EMAIL, CHAT or phone support.
any idea how should i proceed?
