Netgear Prosafe Client Licenses

We bought and a FVS318Gv2 firewall a while back, and just recently got around to setting it up.  We didn't realize at the time that the client required licenses, and at some point the box and disk with licenses got lost. 

 

Is it possible to get a new set of licenses, or based on the serial number identify what the license numbers were?

 

Hopefully netgear tracks all that info.

    The ProSAFE VPN Firewall product line is now EoL (End-of-Life) which includes the FVS318Gv2.  Kindly check the announcement here

     

    Just to set your expectation, it may or may not be possible that the bundled 1 (one) VPN Client Lite license key for the FVS318Gv2 will be provided because the ProSAFE VPN Firewall product line is now EoL.  I suggest you to open a chat or online support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime and inquire about your concern.  Be ready to provide a .doc or .pdf copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the FVS318Gv2 for verification.

      Thank you for your response!  The only way to contact support is if you purchased your device in the last 90 days, which we did not.  Is there a way to contact them outside of that window?  Otherwise their support page seems to direct here.

      When you login to your MyNETGEAR account then select the serial number of your FVS318Gv2 to check your available support options.  Do you have an option to open a chat support ticket?  Refer to the image below:
