The ProSAFE VPN Firewall product line is now EoL (End-of-Life) which includes the FVS318Gv2. Kindly check the announcement here.
Just to set your expectation, it may or may not be possible that the bundled 1 (one) VPN Client Lite license key for the FVS318Gv2 will be provided because the ProSAFE VPN Firewall product line is now EoL. I suggest you to open a chat or online support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime and inquire about your concern. Be ready to provide a .doc or .pdf copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the FVS318Gv2 for verification.
