SRX5308 can't access WAN 2
So I've been tasked with setting up a rollover on WAN 2.
In WAN 1, I've got 4xADSL modems going into a bonded gateway. This gateway connects to WAN 1.
WAN 2 is plugged into a 4G Router. It's a Sierra Wireless (ProRoute branded) H685. It's being used as a rollover for WAN 1.
On the port (WAN 2), I see a green link LED and an Amber (100Mbps) LED. I only see an amber light on the "internet" LED when I'm using both WAN ports on load balancing. WAN 1 "internet" LED is always green. To my understanding, this config is correct.
When I plug the 4G router into a switch (Netgear GS724T), I can access the admin panel (192.168.1.9). However when I plug it into WAN 2 on the SRX5308, I can't get any connection.
Any help would be great!
Cheers,
Dan

- aditMentorYou'd have to ask the ISP that. What are the IP's of everything?

SRX5308 is 192.168.1.201
Sierra Wireless 4G router is 192.168.1.9 - aditMentorI'm talking LAN and WAN.

SRX5308 is 192.168.1.201
Sierra Wireless 4G router is 192.168.1.9
Do NOT use same LAN subnet on LAN and WAN.. . Change 4G to 192.168.2.9 - djdansterAspirant

Ok, I'll give this a go.
So will the clients still be able to connect even though it's on a different subnet?
For example, we have some static IP's on 192.168.1.x , would they still connect to a 192.168.2.x router?
I understand DHCP would connect to it fine :) - djdansterAspirant

So on the Sierra 4G router, should the ethernet cable (that's connected to WAN2 on the srx5308) be connected to the WAN or LAN port?
This is the current config:
LAN1 --> Switch 192.168.1.201
WAN1 --> Bonded Gateway 135.x.x.x external network
WAN2 --> Sierra 4G router 192.168.2.9 (changed FROM 192.168.1.9 under advisement from jmizoguchi)
I'll test to see if changing the subnet works (from 192.168.1.9 to 192.168.2.9) at close of business this evening at 6PM GMT. - jmizoguchiVirtuosoIf you are asking if remote client can use VPN in WA2 with double NAT? No.
You want public ip on WAN2 as well - djdansterAspirant

Nope, no interest in setting up any VPN with WAN2. How would I know if it's "double NAT"?
WAN2 settings is set to get a IP dynamically from my ISP as we don't have static IP with our 4G provider (GiffGaff, MVN of O2). Is it ok to leave it like that? - jmizoguchiVirtuosoYou are using double NAT since you have 192.x as WAN ip

Ok great, so would I change that in the srx5308's settings or in the Sierra 4G's settings?
