UPnP Not activated On a FVS338

This is what i have don so far.

#60 - Name: RDP - Type: TCP - Port: 4125 - To: 4125 - Priority: Normal-Service
2. Security-Firewall Rules
Outbound Services
Service Name Filter LAN Users WAN Users Priority Bandwidth Profile Log Action
HTTP Allow Always ANY 192.168.1.6 Normal-Service NONE Never
HTTPS Allow Always ANY 192.168.1.6 Normal-Service NONE Never
RDP Allow Always ANY 192.168.1.6 Normal-Service NONE Never
FTP Allow Always ANY 192.168.1.6 Normal-Service NONE Never
Inbound Services help
Service Name Filter LAN Server IP Address LAN Users WAN Users Destination Bandwidth Profile Log Action
HTTP Allow Always 192.168.1.6 ANY WAN1 NONE Never

And it still wont lett me surf on the mome page on the server.
