Account switched to trial mode despite having a valid subscription
My account was converted from my annual Premium support subscription to Trial mode w/o any notice or explanation. I've submitted a ticket but support sucks. No one there seems to know what to do. This happened in conjunction with some back end maintenance that happened around July 6th. Did anyone else experience this and how were they able to get this resolved?
